Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: May 8, 2026. This starter policy is plain-English launch language and should be attorney-reviewed before full public launch.
Free Report Access
The first Agent Visibility Report is free during beta. After the report, users can choose a founding plan with 3 months free: the 6-month beta plan is then $39/month for months 4, 5, and 6, and the 12-month beta plan is then $29/month with a 12-month commitment. Pricing and billing terms should be visible before paid plan checkout. The service is designed to provide visibility reporting and recommendations, not ranking placement or business outcomes.
Cancellation
Users may cancel before the trial ends to prevent ongoing plan charges. If Stripe billing or a customer portal is enabled, cancellation may be handled through Stripe or by contacting support.
Deliverable-Based Refunds
If monthly deliverables are not provided, contact support for delivery or a refund of that paid month. The service scope is tied to delivery of the monthly visibility plan, templates, and recommendations.
No Outcome-Based Refunds
Refunds are not provided solely because a user did not receive rankings, leads, listings, appointments, revenue, Google placement, or AI search recommendations.
Factors Outside Our Control
Results depend on competition, market demand, reviews, website quality, local authority, user follow-up, platform algorithms, and other factors outside Real Rank AI's control.
